MASHUP Conditioning

MASHUP Conditioning is a combination of exercises, including high intensity to improve muscle tone, medium intensity with light dumbbells for strength and agility, and low intensity core work to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. This class is taught at different levels to fit your own fitness or training goals. Join us for a class that is challenging and fun. Please bring a mat and 3 or 5 pound dumbbells.
