This canning class will focus on home preserved foods to gift for the holiday season. We will be crafting Spicy and Sweet Pepper Jam a holiday favorite.

Next we craft Grace Pickles a class favorite, easy to prepare and unbelievable taste. These preserved gifts make great hostess gifts and most certainly become family favorites.

Cooking - Holiday Side Dishes

This cooking class will focus on side dishes for your holiday dinners.

In this class we will prepare Sweet Potatoes with Coffee Bourbon sauce, Roasted Delicata squash with a glaze of honey and cider vinegar; green beans with bacon and molasses dressing, and make ahead mashed potatoes with cream and horseradish.

These recipes are a new take on old favorites and are sure to please family and friends. Class Limit 8.

Cooking - Winter Comfort Cooking

This cooking class is all about comfort. We will be preparing an American comfort dish, Easy Chicken & Dumplings Southern style, instead of biscuits we will make flat style noodles.

To accompany our Southern Chicken and dumplings we will prepare a salad of Butter lettuce with Lemon vinaigrette,gorgonzola cheese and Cornbread croutons. For dessert easy Peanut Butter and Jam bars to finish this comforting meal.
