Flexibility & Balance Training for 55+ Online
A blended exercise program designed to promote muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and balance. Class is best suited for students over 50 years of age.  Students work at home according to their own abilities using their own dumbbells and elastic bands.  There will be 4 classes per week, viewable through a Youtube link, and will be around 30 minutes in length. Class can be taken anytime that is convenient for you.

After first performing Static Back, we use our own body weight to run through exercises and drills to raise the heart rate, condition our muscles and stay flexible.  This advanced class also incorporates hand weights and sand bags, if you have them.  Prepare to work hard!!! We begin the session in the Static Back position, then progress onto movements, using primarily our body weight.
