Culinary Career Preparation
(Must register in person)
This is a culinary class for students who want to work in a professional kitchen.
• Punctuality, being prepared and in class every day are mandatory.
• Nine-week sessions.
• Hours:  8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Learn:  baking, cooking, scaling, costing recipes, kitchen math, knife skills, safety/sanitation, catering, production, cafe operation, professional etiquette, customer service, and job searching skills.

To Qualify: Applicants must be over 17 years old and must be able to: lift 50 lbs, speak and write basic English, and stand for 8 hours.

• Servsafe certification fee: $15 student will pay online
• Uniform fee: $35 to be paid to kitchen
