Culinary Career Training

This is a culinary class for students who want to work in a professional kitchen.  

Punctuality, being prepared and in class every day is mandatory.

Nine-week sessions

Hours:  8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Learn:  baking, cooking, scaling, costing recipes, kitchen math, knife skills, safety/sanitation, catering, production, cafe operation, professional etiquette, customer service,  and job searching skills.

To Qualify:  Applicants must be 18 years or older and must be able to:  lift 50 lbs, speak and write basic English, and stand for 8 hours.

Servsafe certification fee:  $15 student will pay online

Uniform fee:  $35 to be paid to kitchen
