Whole Food Made Delicious D: Kaia FIT

Discover all the many ways to make whole food taste delicious in this hands-on cooking class. Learn the latest research on eating a whole food plant based diet, with cooking demonstrations, knife skills, introduction to popular kitchen gadgetry, cooking handfuls of delicious whole food plant based recipes, and then enjoying a wholesome meal together.
