Forest Bathing

We invite participants to unplug, slow down and reconnect with their more than five senses. By doing this we can better focus on  the myriad ways the living  forest surrounds and touches us. Forest Bathing is very subtle and can even be challenging at times. There is no destination to be reached, it is not competitive, the invitations are open ended and our imagination is allowed to run wild. Cloud gazing, barefoot walking, hanging out next to a stream, being drawn to powerful spots and explore them are part of the curriculum. The ways of Forest Bathing open the doors of connection so that we can tap fully into the healing powers of the forest. Simply be(e)!
