A Mindful Practice - AM/PM

Just as one prepares the soil for planting seeds, one needs to prepare the mind and body for meditation.  This course does just that.  Mind and body are gently cultivated for spiritual growth and development, regardless of where you are on your journey.  Join the group two times every Monday and experience the renewal.

MacLaren Conversations

Leon MacLaren and the Sankaracharya of Northern India had a special relationship that spanned almost 30 years.  In this class, students study the questions posed by the student, Mr. MacLaren, and the answers given by the guru, the Sankaracharya, Sri Santanada Saraswati.

The textbook can be purchased from the School.

Meditation Sundays
