Starting with relaxing breathing, we will gain deeper awareness & personal control.

Practicing Yoga style & other fun movements helps us feel good, calm & connected to our
bodies, hearts & minds.

Students can enjoy better focus & empathy, as well as improved stamina, flexibility,
coordination & balance. All this will help to increase confidence, self esteem and social skills too!

We will also spend some time learning a bit about the way our bodies are built and the
various systems within them.

Everyone who participates gains a greater sense of being active & responsible contributors
to their own healthy, happy compassionate lives.

Materials Needed:

  • Loose or stretchy clothes
  • A mat or beach towel
  • Enthusiasm
