Have you just landed a long sought-after job? Are you welcoming another child or facing an empty nest? Or are you readying for retirement or dealing with an unexpected divorce? These life events can trigger transitions—the opportunity to experience a shift in what holds value and meaning to us. Join us for a provocative and interactive evening about how women experience and can make the most of these opportunities for growth. Led by Harvard M.B.A., entrepreneur and author Linda Rossetti, the session will introduce a new way of thinking about personal choices; share research from more than 200 women who’ve transitioned successfully; and explore linkages between success, women’s voices and transition. The session will give you a new outlook on upcoming changes in your life. Ms. Rossetti is author of Women and Transition: Reinventing Work and Life. Her work focuses on women’s development and the factors influencing women’s advancement. She also serves as managing director at Golden Seeds, LLC, an angel capital network that funds women-led startups.
