Private Lessons only have the option of submitting an inquiry; once submitted, our registrar will contact you with any further details needed and/or to confirm your registration.

APPLY FOR LESSONS button is for New private lessons students only and here is what you need to do to make an inquiry:

1. Create a new account first (or if you already have an account, login first). This saves steps later!

2. Click on "Apply for Lessons" and fill out the online inquiry form.

3. After you have submitted the form, our office will contact you to match you with an instructor. Please do not "Purchase Lessons" until after you have been assigned an instructor. 

4. For initial trial lessons, we will create the invoice based on instrument, instructor, and length of lesson. We must be emailed ([email protected]) this information before the trial lesson is scheduled to occur.

Returning Students: the "Purchase Lessons" button is for you.

For anyone who has completed the new student inquiry process and/or is ready for an invoice for Summer 2020, please follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure you have logged into your ASAP Connected account first. If you need assistance with a password or user name, email [email protected] for assistance.

2. Once you have logged in, click the "Purchase Lessons" button to begin the registration process.

3. Select the correct “Lesson Package Recipient” (the person taking the lessons) from the drop-down menu.

4. Select the appropriate lesson package (5 Traditional Lessons)

5. Select the duration of the lessons (30, 45 or 60 minutes)

6. Select the instructor.

7. Add to cart and proceed to payment screens.

8. UC employees Discount: for 10% off private lessons for Summer 2020, enter this code in the Promotional Code box: BearcatSummer2020 (if the code does not work, please email [email protected] from your UC email address and we will verify your account to receive the UC employee discount)

9. If you’ve finished your 5-lesson bundle and need more lessons: When you need to add-on more lessons, you can purchase another 5-lesson package. If you need a different number of lessons (3, 4, 6, etc), have your instructor email [email protected] (and copy you) to get the correct number of lessons added on. We will manually add those lessons on and email you an updated invoice.

10. Please note all invoices should be paid upon registration (or for manual add-ons, paid upon receipt.)
