This class will focus on quieting mind, as we practice meditations that encourage thoughts to become less intrusive. Clarity of mind naturally unfolds, leading to alertness and insight. We will use breath awareness, Kum Nye gentle body movement, chanting, and visualization as tools for transformation, and as support for cultivating a daily meditation practice at home. Open to all.
