In this practice intensive we meet online to sit for three sessions over the course of a day: 9:00 am – 10:30 am, 12:30 – 2 pm, and 3:30 – 5 pm. Sessions consist primarily of silent practice (about 1 hours each session) with minimal instruction (15-20 mins/session of guided practice or slow movement/stretches).
This program is for experienced meditators who are comfortable with sitting for 1 - 1.5 sessions. Please register one week in advance, by March 7, in order to meet minimum registration for this program to run.
