Learn the special art of authentic tamale-making in this hands-on class.  Master tamales such as: Vegan Tamale with Seasonal Vegetables, Chicken Mole Negro, and Pork!  We'll also make Salsa de arbol and Champurrado, a chocolate-basted atole drink since pre-Columbian times.

Wine, Rhone Valley Revisited
The Rhone Valley is an area of distinct terroir-driven wines, created by generations of winemakers in some of the most extreme vinicultural conditions in the world.  This class will cover both the Northern and Southern Rhone Valley by introducing the most important grapes and appellations which have made this region so indelible.  Paul will serve 7 wines, Sparkling and 6 wines.
