Come join international Chef Suzanne for a richly varied cuisine of multi ethnic Jewish cooking from all over the globe. Dishes such as Sephardi Israeli Soup with Black Eyed Beans in Turmeric Tinted Tomato Broth and Herbs (Lubiya), Yemenite Poached Fish in Spicy Tomato Herb Sauce with Kugel Yerushalayim, a thin baked Noodle Dish with Eggs, Raisins in a Caramel dressing, and for dessert we are concocting Mandelbrot, a twice baked Biscuits studded with Almonds great for dipping in coffee or tea or schnapps. As a sommelier, she will guide you to the right wine paring for this menu.

There’s a wide range of ingredients, flavors, and dishes to experiment with in your own home. “Italian food is bold and satisfying without being heavy. It’s rich and textural and uses a whole palette of flavors. In this class, international chef Suzanne is inviting you to cook a simple but yet delicious Italian meal such as Crostini con Salcissia (Spiced Sausage and Ricotta), indulgent Classic and Creamy Penne alla Vodka with Tomato Vodka Sauce accompanied with braised Cavolo Nero (Kale) and for dessert an irresistible Chocolate Panna Cotta with Pumpkin Seed Brittle. As a sommelier, she will guide you to the right wine paring for this menu.
