Cookbook Author and International Chef Suzanne is taking you to Korea to let you savor the colorful variety of its healthy dishes and refined seasonings and spices. She will go over all the essential ingredients needed in Korean cooking and shopping tips and selected an easy and authentic home-style menu to be able to create for you at home to entertain Korean style. Authentic dishes such as Kimchi and Tofu Soup, Japchae (noodle, vegetable and beef stir fry) and Scallion  Pancakes.

Cookbook Author and International Chef Suzanne is taking you on an African culinary safari where she is creating an Ethiopian feast full of exotic spices and hearty and healthy vegetable stews such as: Yemiser wet (Spicy Lentil Stew), Alecha Wats (Spiced Cabbage, Pepper and Carrot stew), Yekik Alicha (yellow Split Peas with Turmeric Sauce) accompanied with Yemarina Yewotet Dab (Spiced Bread) and Telba (Ethiopian Flaxseed beverage). Spices will be available to purchase in class for cooking at home.
