IMPORTANT REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL INFORMATION:

If you were licensed before December 1, 2015 you may take any elective continuing education you would like. You must complete 14 hours of CE, 3 of which must be completed on the topic of Rules & Regulations.

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has developed 14 required hours of mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. This provision affects anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2015. The mandatory courses must be completed by May 31, 2018. These courses are titled General Module & Residential Module. We do not have live classes for these two courses at this time. If you would like to take them online here is the link.

If your license was issued between December 1, 2017 – May 31, 2018, you will NOT have to complete continuing education for this renewal cycle.

BCREI classes are not approved for continuing education credits in NJ.

You must complete the renewal application and pay the appropriate fees to the PA Real Estate Commission
